 From the initial inquiry to the execution of the SPA and final payment, we remain involved as a professional point of contact. We help ensure milestones are met, documents are delivered in order, and compliance is maintained at each step. 

 We start with a comprehensive intake process to verify your identity, authority to sell, and product availability. This includes reviewing KYC/AML documentation, validating logistics capability, and ensuring all parties involved are properly disclosed and positioned to transact. 

 We align your soft offer (SCO) or formal quote with current buyer expectations, market norms, and deal structures. We help manage expectations on pricing, delivery terms, and payment timelines to reduce friction and move efficiently into contract stages. 

 We operate on a strict “one intermediary per side” policy, meaning your role and fees are protected by NCNDA and IMFPA agreements. This prevents open chains and preserves professional control of your client relationships.
